Everton are exploring several deals in the transfer market as David Moyes looks to add more quality to his squad.
Everton are looking to sign a new striker this month, and Fenerbahce’s Youssef En-Nesyri has been heavily linked to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The Toffees have made a loan offer with an option to buy worth £17m for En-Nesyri, but the Morocco international isn’t convinced of a move to England.
Everton target Noa Lang compared to Neymar Jr
Everton are reportedly considering a move to sign Noa Lang from Italian giants Napoli this winter transfer window.
Lang, who cost Napoli £24m last summer, is also attracting interest from Sunderland, Leeds United and Fulham.
The 26-year-old is a left-winger by trade, and his playstyle has often been compared to Brazilian legend Neymar Jr.
Back in 2021, Lang’s agent said: “He always works hard and has excellent technique, dribbling and vision. He is also an excellent decision maker and a clean finisher.
“He is also a generous player, far from selfish. I have heard many people say that he resembles Neymar, especially after the PSG match”.
Noa Lang stats 2025/26
Lang has struggled to nail down a place in Napoli’s team since joining from PSV last summer.
The 15-cap Netherlands international has only started seven Serie A games, which has limited his output.
- 18 appearances
- 7 starts
- 1 goal
- 2 assists
Last season, Lang netted 14 goals whilst laying on 12 assists, which is a pretty remarkable tally for a wide player.
If he does make the switch to Merseyside, Moyes will be keen to unlock that kind of form again and rival Jack Grealish for a spot in his starting line-up.
